Presenting the model of influencing factors on the relationship between industry and university (case study: Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province)

The general aim of the current research was to provide a model of influencing factors on the relationship between industry and university. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of survey type. Its statistical population consisted of 1,537 faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province, of which 308 were selected as a sample based on Cochran's formula using a stratified random sampling method based on scientific rank. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire with 81 questions was used. The validity and reliability of the tools were confirmed. Structural equation test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that; Structural, social and strategic aspects of the influencing factors on the relationship between industry and university They are that the structural dimension has the most role and the social dimension has the least role in the relationship between industry and university. Also, the presented model has a good fit.
